Ten years ago, I was a former Marine officer studying towards his MBA and working as an ad agency account executive. It took just one half-joking suggestion from an engineer for me to embark on my design journey.
Today, I have a MS in Human Factors in Information Design (and that MBA) and am a Senior Product Designer with the Zoom Contact Center team, specializing in building ML model training tools and AI workflows.
